On a scale of Duke to Central Connecticut, where does this fall for must wins? Solid 8.5 out of 10. Wouldn't be crippling. Harvard might be decent with that frosh guard but losses like this would lower margin of error in conference.

Prediction. Harvard shooting 43% from three. Opponents shooting 29%. That seems unsustainable and driving some easy wins. I think we win by double digits unless there is something like that in the three point shooting.

Northwestern the opponent as has been the case. Great match. My daughter plays so interested. BC team had a good season and are getting much better. Were super competitive against UNC and NW.

I sent an email to Blake James strongly recommending that replace Hafley.
Will see if/how he chooses to responds.

3. Stef Mitchell [Watch that Duke game his feshmen year]

Fenway Bowl is a lock now. Nothing screams "here's your reward for a mediocre season" like a game at 11 on a Thursday morning in 35 degree weather.

I won't look at 2020 because Haf only signed 2 kids or 2023 because its too early but out of his first 2 classes he has hit on 3 out of 47 kids.

It looks like they are playing UMASS tonight and BC tomorrow. Seems like aggressive scheduling. They are 20 years old so probably not a big deal.

Came across this and thought we could have a spot for future opponents info and also look back at how well or poorly our wins and losses age.
I know this is a highlight package but thought it was incredible. Will be the ultimate gritty vs pretty. Pretty cool to see a smart coach bring that offense into the modern game. Dribble hand offs, etc but same concepts. Sort of reminded me of the flex at its best. Carving people up then added counters to the original action.

A couple of early first downs including a 25 yard pass completion to Bond

1. The Johnson hit is the dumbest hit I've seen in my lifetime

There's targeting and then there's targeting. I've covered a LOT of games in my now 15-year career and watched a lot of football in my 35 years on this planet...I've never seen a defensive player make it that blatant. Looked like he was going for a header in soccer. Between the off field stuff that pops up and plays like that, BC's penalties may be down but the stupidity and lack of discipline at times is stunning.

2. Castellanos has to be injured

Healthy enough to play, but designed runs are slow developing and he can't get away from pressure anymore. If he's a pocket passer only they're in trouble.

3. That one play for Franklin was well-designed, why not more for the TE's?

It'll make Castellanos' life a hell of a lot easier if he has reliable TE's. The little wheel to Franklin was a beautiful play and he was wide open. Would love to see them scheme more for the TE's.

4. Huge if you have Connor kicking confidently

Might come down to a field goal, nice to see him drill the 45-yarder after Hafley iced him. Snaps still scare me, but he could be important down the stretch

5. Robichaux looks fantastic

No rust at all. 40 yards on nine carries so far and finishing runs. Need more of it in the second half
