Hammond Pond Parkway

My son in law parked my car on Hammond Pond Parkway. He left at halftime with my grandson in my daughters car. We walked to the car after the game and saw a flyer on the car. Parking is no longer allowed on Hammond Pond Parkway Per the Newton Conservation Commission. Glad my car was not towed.

Also you can take a right onto Reservoir Road from Hammond Street anymore. Local traffic only. Another ball bust by City of Newton.

Fire Hafley & put us out of our misery

It’s Year FOUR!! Year 4. Hafley is clearly not the guy. Despite his opening press conference when he said he would “not disappoint us” he has very much disappointed us!! Today’s performance was abysmal. Abysmal!! It’s opening day against Northern Illinois. Not Clemson, not ND, not FSU, … Northern Illinois!!

Fire Hafley now and put us out of our misery. He’s not the guy! Not even close!!

3rd and 10

Quick pass to the WR in the flat. 3 times. No first downs. That is a first down or 2nd down play. This staff absolutely blows. It's not a bubble screen or any kind of screen as far as I can tell. Just pitch it to the poor man's Zay with straight line speed and prepare to punt.

On defense -- we were in man coverage on the last play of regulation. Sheesh.

Haf cannot coach DBs. He teaches them to hold.

We have the same issues on the DL and LB that we have had for years. Our DL adheres like glue to blockers. They cannot get off blocks. Our LBs cannot compensate because they are undersized, are not LBs, take bad angles and are easily blocked.

Oh. And don't get me started on the wide receiver whisperer. Lazy patterns, guys not looking for the ball, drops. Blech.

Amari Jackson was the best player on the field in the first quarter. Did he get hurt?
