NY Post journalist reports on flirtatious activity by BC Sicko during Detroit Mercy game

Having attended that game and sat two rows behind the Sickos (with tickets one row behind the Sickos), I can attest that several of the Sickos did indeed wear referee uniforms. Several others wore classy-looking blue blazers. One of the blue blazer guys and his friends put on an entertaining skit, lying prone on top of a railing and feigning a heart attack after an exciting play while being resuscitated by his colleagues.

Anyways, back to the NY Post news article:

“The fan, who was dressed in a referee-striped shirt, handed the girl the card, who, surprisingly, seemed to be impressed as she looked over the piece of plastic. The pairs relationship is unclear, but he certainly left an impression on social media. The clip was retweeted more than 1,900 times and received 18,000 retweets.

It’s unclear if the fan’s flirting got him anywhere, but the Eagles beat Detroit 70-66 to increase Boston College’s record to 2-0 for the start of the season.”

Easiest way to make today a stress-free watch

Alright Eagles fans, it's my first Game Day on here. The best advice I can give you today is watch this game with an eye towards the future. Obviously, it's been a struggle all year and that probably continues today, but the youth movement - particularly guys like Morehead, Griffin and Broome on offense - should give you plenty of hope. As long as this team isn't tucking its tail and losing by 40 like they're UMass, ignore the W or L today and make sure you see progress from the younger guys. If it's competitive, that's about the best you can ask for right now (I know no one wants to hear that but it's the reality of the situation). If they get the upset (they won't), then great, but right now it's all about 2023.
