Talks about NIL. Earl Grant. BC as a program. Guys transferring out a year ago. Etc…

My takeaways…
Kind of what we all thought…
- Players generally like playing for Earl
- Earl cares for his guys and treats them with respect
- BC has an insanely low NIL budget compared with P5 schools. BC is bringing a water pistol to a gun fight.
- The Mass exodus last year was because guys were given 5 times the NIL that BC could offer them. I would bet if BC could have matched or even been in the same hemisphere, most would have stayed
Hopefully BC wakes up when the new administration takes over and gives coaches a chance to compete in this new world of college sports.
