What loss(es) have you lost the most sleep over immediately afterwards. Doesn't have to be BC...in fact, I'm not sure they've been in a game big enough.
For me, it was the Grady Little game, and Game 7 of the 2010 NBA Finals when the Cs had their late in the forth meltdown.
Oddly enough, I slept fine after the 18-1 game. I think I had nothing left in the tank emotionally and just passed out. Sometimes these things can't be explained.
