I'm starting to think I like chess match-style coaching than addazios cliché ridden rants.
Not Toby, not spaz obviously. just some intellectual coaching.
This whole forced-motivation gets old. You can only motivate someone so far. Can't force it. But he seems to believe you can.
Players have to trust their coach that he's going to be two steps ahead and thinking about things they don't have time or energy for. I wonder if they still do.
