It is actually feasible that BC could lose Saturday, part ways with Daz Sunday or Monday, watch him get hired by Rutgers a couple days later followed by BC announcing their own new HC a couple days later after that.

THEN to top it all off, a 5-7 BC team could end up in a bowl game with an interim head coach leading the way.

Stewart Mandel currently has 5-7 BC playing of all schools TEXAS in the Texas Bowl in Houston on December 27th.

I honestly couldn't imagine a better scenario provided our new HC hire is someone to get excited about.

No matter who is hired there will be a vocal number of BC fans on here that will bitch and moan but if it was someone like Schiano who is a pretty well known national name and could bring along some solid assistant coaches that would generate some BC buzz on a national scale and make them more attractive for a bowl game like the Texas Bowl.

Actually I have one more thing that could make it better, the new HC is able to convince Dillon to come back for another season promising him he won't run him into the ground and make him run straight into a stacked box twice as much as the closest RB in football.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
