I hadn’t been to a game for several years due to Covid. Really enjoyed the new music system at the stadium and the fan support generally. The students really seemed to be there in force. I also liked the campus and the new rec building which I toured. Every thing seemed pretty positive until the fourth quarter.
Not sure how Hafley will do it but the line play will get fixed. The 96 yard drive by Rutgers was one of the most painful exhibits of ineptitude I have ever witnessed. Of course, the offenses subsequent ineptitude on their subsequent offensive drive was somehow even worse.
My point is, both the defensive and offensive line get fixed or we will not win more than three games this year. Hafley’s career depends on it. If not, every decent team we play will just run over us.
