Reading the Blackmon article sent me looking back over the years at the AP Polls and Recruiting rankings over the last decade. There are painfully few 4 star recruits who either a) choose BC or b) keep their rating after committing.
I know we have the dreaded 4-star curse in effect, but just like the curse of the Bambino, it can be broken. (maybe KPL, Daniels, Hilliman, etc already have) I am wondering what kind of sample size this class will give us to work with, whether it be through current commits/targets being upgraded or landing an already prized recruit.
