New Mexico State -6.5 UMass
I know there are different rules with the clock this year but ND put up 35 on Navy in the first half last year in Maryland. 5 TDs and a missed FG in six drives. Sam Hartman shouldn't have any trouble even with a little rain.
Already have BC -10.5 for week one (it's at 9.5 now so I will probably add to it). And BC over 5.5 wins.
