About a year ago, BC published the BC Department of Athletics Strategic Plan 2018-2023.
And on page 9, under Strengthen Competitive Excellence, it is written:
Football and Men's Basketball Success - Consistently rank in the Top 25 of Football and Men's Basketball.
I was completely surprised that BC would ever make such a direct statement about its athletic performance. But now that they have, what will they do now?
