Having a few potential transfers from kids that likely were not difference makers is rough but potentially no big deal. Personally, I think we should hold 2-3 spots each year for a 5th year player to bring experience/talent to the roster. Perhaps having 2-3 open slots help create "package deals" which sounds nuts but actually is realistic sometimes (Patchan & Murphy). Plus, perhaps some players leave their program due to their coach leaving (Georgia, Miami, Memphis, Syracuse, etc) and we can be there to snag them? Kids will take advantage of this. We just need to get them to give us a chance at BC.

How things could change with roster next year when you add a potential starting OL, QB, and TE?

Call me nuts, but I'm willing to see the product in Dublin before I am done with Coach.
