Starting soon, colleges will be able to pay their athletes up to $20 million. For the bigger schools, they assume most of that money will towards football since that pulls in the revenue.

What about non-football schools like St. Johns? Does this give them an advantage in that they can spend a lot more money buying their basketball players?
