I’m coming up for the Rutgers game on Labor Day weekend and I have a frosh who will be on campus by then. I want to get a parking spot at which I can setup a tailgate and allow my frosh and his friends to come hang out with us (and drink without them getting in trouble). The BC site is giving me two options that say they include tailgating - Comm Ave Garage and Waul House. Do any of you know which is better? I obviously know that Comm Ave Garage is a great location but I’m assuming I will be under cover. Waul House looks pretty close too (just up the street and across Beacon) but does anyone know if the tailgating setup over there is decent?

Edit: My other option is to get one of the hospitality tents on the lawn. My understanding is that I am limited to 25 tickets with those, though, and I am a bit concerned that they may not let underage students drink there. If anyone knows more about those, I would appreciate your advice on that as well.
