The Eagles also go from having minimal experience at quarterback, with a group that entered last season with a total of eight career pass attempts, to having five quarterbacks with starting experience, a total of 973 career attempts. Though they lose defensive coordinator Don Brown, the Eagles make my most improved list, and I expect them to get to a bowl. Look for them to make a big jump in the Atlantic standings.
