Rutgers Advisory board has called for elimination of its $35 million annual athletic deficit over the next five years. The President and Board will be hard pressed to move ahead with a 9 figure indoor facility in light of this report. While the report is merely advisory and not compulsory , no one in their right mind can simply ignore it.
