Crazy situation ... Tucker masturbated while on the phone with a sexual harassment consultant (read that again). He says it was consensual and she says it was not. The call lasted 36 minutes and she never hung up, which I found odd, particularly since she is quoted saying "Oh my god, this is happening, and I can’t stop it.". Also he claims that the call was not topically about MSU and thus outside the scope of Title IX which is relevant because the school is performing a Title IX investigation.
