When you posters were talking about replacing Earl, I know Jared Dudley's name came up. I can't remember if anyone brought up Howard Eisley which surprised me given his years experience coaching in the NBA and college. I would prefer Howard over Jared because Jared has only coached in the NBA for a couple of years and has not coached at the college level.
