How does senior day work?

I noticed that Malachi Moore was honored. He has one more year. But Cashman, Taylor, Wolford and others were not honored (that I could see). All of the above have a 5th year. Do they know yet if they will be offered the 5th year? Was Moore NOT offered the 5th year? Was he offered the 5th year and declined it?
Does anyone know how this works? When does Dazz decide if they are offered a 5th year?
