Coach Brown loves his defensive linemen. He has said that he will not have to blitz with this group to put pressure on the quarterback. They will continue to be really good against the run. If we win the flip, Adazzio likely will kick-off pretty much for the whole season. If we win against the better teams on our schedule, our defensive line is going to have to win the line of scrimmage period. Waljciak and Abdesmad will start as seniors at tackle. Evan Kelly who came in from Richmond as GS will be on the 2-deep and will play a lot and will also be at tackle. This is his chance at the big time and he won’t waist it. The ends will be excellent with Landry being All ACC quality this year. By the way, I love our defensive line recruits. Even with all the talent coming back, it is going to be hard not to play these guys. All three could play on Sundays. Ray is a Landry clone and Ray and Allen are both special. Smith may need to put on weight to play at tackle and this suggests a RS year but his pass rushing ability could help on third down immediately.
