I find this comical. This event originally was:
1. The "Annual Recruiting Dinner"; then became
2. The "Annual Recruiting Event" (because BC no longer wanted to serve sandwiches); now has become
3. The "Annual Football Spring Event" (because methinks Addazio does not want to talk much about this year's recruiting class)
As per The Agenda:
Coach will introduce his new hires at OC, DC, DB, WR, Recruiting Coach, and the existing Coaches in new places.
Coach will give us an overview of the grueling off-season conditioning program implemented this year, and it' importance.
Coach will comment on Roster Management including what returning Seniors will be offered a Fifth Year, what 5th Year Graduate Transfers mean to the program, as well as the impact of Early Enrollees. Also, there will be discussions of potential position changes from existing players.
Coach will outline his Spring Practice Schedule including being in the Bubble, practicing outside, and spreading the 15 allowed practices over a six week period.
Coach and his staff will do a quick recap on the 2016 Recruiting Class, and a handout will be available.
Finally, we will wrap-up the evening with the introduction of the Early Enrollees, including 5th Year Graduate Transfer QB Patrick Towles, QB Anthony Brown, and LB Ethan Tucky.
