St. Peter's backcourt completely outplayed the 3 guards from Kentucky and eventually prevailed in OT despite the size differential in the front court. St. Peter's guard, Banks, was the best player on the floor and was super clutch down the stretch hitting those FT's.
The college game is really dominated by the guards. They control tempo, they penetrate and dish and/or take it to the rim and score. Just the latest example of how important guard play is. I also like St. Peter's offense. Spread the floor and screen back door or pop out off the screen and hit the 3. Really well done.
