It wasn't 13 killed in a high school.

It wasn't 14 in San Bernardino.

It wasn't 24 in a movie theater.

It wasn't 20 elementary schoolers and 6 teachers in school.

It wasn't 49 in Orlando at a night club.

It is unlikely that 59 (as of now) in Las Vegas will do it either.

What is the outrage number? Does it need to have 3 figures? How many innocent people must die in a single incident before we start to address the following questions:

What is a reasonable limitation on magazine capacity? What is a reasonable requirement to slow the ability to change clips and rapid firing by an individual? What is a reasonable limitation on how many guns an individual can own? What is a reasonable limitation on the power and range of a weapon? What is the reasonable limit to place on military type/human targeting equipment? What weapons are reasonable for self defense? What is a reasonable requirement for gun manufacturers to have that would make it impossible to turn a semi-automatic weapon into an automatic weapon (currently a well marketed add on kit is available for less than $300)?

Every constitutional right has limitations (can't yell fire in a movie theater, libel, etc) so why is the second amendment different?
