Phil Jurkovec, former 4/5 star QB from PA, redshirt freshman at ND has entered transfer portal. Doesn’t address next year but he was #4 dual threat QB out of HS and has Northeast roots. Would be huge get for Hafley and could be future QB for 3 seasons.
Get by next year with AB or Grosel, implement system, year to recruit talent to system and then start playing with the big boys
