I will start by saying I know it's not for everyone but if we could keep this thread to recruiting that would be awesome. Anyway, kenpom developed a model that predicts where recruits will go based on a variety of factors.
That is pretty good. The problem is that BC has always been hardly mentioned with the top 150 recruits and, if they had been mentioned, it was always a low probability. But, I started noodling around 2016 and 17 and saw BC was highly rated among some big names....
Wenyen Gabriel 61% (BC was #1)
Jermaine Samuels 62% (BC was #1)
Makai Ashton-Langford 91% (BC was #1)
Bruce Brown, as we have sort of guessed, was less than 1%
Doc's pal Tomas Murphy was 2%
Again, I know it's not for everyone but did think it was interesting the turn in how it viewed BC with big time players. Samuels and Ashton-Langford are both top 50 players. Getting those three plus Graves would be as good as it gets for BC recruiting over the next two years.
