Overview: This is going to be a long forgettable season. Nothing makes a team look worse than when they cant score, and there are going to be a lot of nights in the 50's for these Eagles. Play hard, stay together, no finger pointing or hero ball during the winless stretches. Develop a system, structure and identity and stay with it. I will be watching the little things rather than the scoreboard on most nights. Are guys going hard and taking pride in defense. Are they on the ground hustling for loose balls? Are they taking charges? Are guys hustling over to pick a teammate up after he takes a charge? Build it brick by brick... Without further ado
