Former BC QB target Will Ulmer has been granted his release from Maryland. Hearing that BC is a potential landing spot.
He was converted to WR under HCRE but (in my opinion)at QB he's better than anyone we currently have on the roster, or at least a more dangerous option with his speed. His throwing skills can stand some improvement. He would have shined in this offense last year. BC only went with Murphy as a transfer because Ulmer committed elsewhere.
