Does this jackass understand that except in very rare situations its when the other team has the ball that you lose a lead?
Sometimes announcers will say, "The move here is you punt, put your defense on the field." I think this asshole thinks its the actual GOAL when they say that. Its not the goal, its discretion being the better part of valor.
ALL other coaches would prefer to have their offense keep the ball. This statement comes into play when they're at 4th down, and its either punt or go for it. In that instance you don't always take the chance, you trust your defense.
In this instance Sdaz isn't saying he trusted his D, he's saying his EFFING GOAL was to have them on the field rather than his offense?
