Upper Brighton(St. John's) parking upgrade offer

BC has offered to give a space for one year to any parking space holder on upper Brighton in Beacon or Comm Ave garages with no increase in giving. I gather that they have many people from St. Thomas More tailgating crossing the street to tailgate at Upper B. So if someone gave 2500 to 1500 to tailgate in the garages people giving 500 will be in the same garages. They have "oversold" Brighton and will manage to piss off people willing to pay more for the garages by the hard deadline weeks ago. Brilliant!!! I will probably will not do it even to tailgate again(I go to the Gridiron Club event in Flynn) because it can be such a mess to get in to the garages. I was in Beacon last year for USC-I know it was raining but what a cluster____ that was. Can BC get anything to go smoothly for game day planning?
