I was told by an insider at the Stanford athletic department that that the California Board of Regents (which controls all state funding for UCLA) will likely block UCLA's move to the B10. Not sure if it a done deal or if it was just speculation, but if it happens, it will be interesting to see what happens to USC (they are not controlled by the state or the Board of Regents)
