Rising junior QB excited following BC's offer

I caught up briefly with Pittsburgh (Pa.) Central Catholic rising junior quarterback Troy Fisher today. He was offered by Boston College following a camp experience at the Heights this weekend. He says BC has been one of his top choices for a while now and he's really high on the Eagles.
