Hard to take anything meaningful from a game like that but here goes:
- Garwo looked like the best back
- Sinkfield is second
- Trapillo should be starting
- Our run defense is going to get smoked in the ACC (probably not so reckless)
- Shitta looked vastly improved in terms of strength
- Flowers really is going to be an all-ACC receiver. Still can’t believe BC has one of those.
- Grosel is an ACC QB. Reminds me of all the Wake QBs over the last 10 years. No NFL guys, but good, solid college QBs. I think BC losses maybe two more games (more than having Jurk as QB) with him as QB.
- Kam Arnold’s minimal impact
- Bryce Steele‘s limited playing time
- Interesting that they ran an endzone fade to 5’9” Jaden Williams. Says something about his athleticism.
- Kobay White looked fully recovered in his one pitch and catch. Hope he gets some run.
- ND‘s little back does it all, tough kid that makes something out of nothing and a legit receiver.
- The DE transfer FSU got from Georgia is a stud.
- Milton is BC’s worst nightmare at QB. Remember watching the kid at UNC. Kid defines “it” factor. How was he not named starter? See next bullet point.
- FSU gonna FSU. How many dumb penalties last night? And how about going for it on 4th down from your own 35 with half a game left?
