RB Sims talks about his status with the Eagles

I mentioned that running back Antwione Sims is one of the staff's remaining 2017 targets, and I spoke with him this week. As we've said, Sims is recovering from an ACL injury and he's currently out of commission. Nonetheless, Brian White wants Sims to come up for an official visit either at the end of this year or the beginning of 2017, just before Signing Day.
