HC hammered tonite by Creighton 82-53 on national tv, probably their only such appearance this season. I can remember when the game with BC meant something and we lost as much as won. Think it all changed with the formation of the Big East Conference supposedly the Cross was approached about being a charter member of the new conference, remember it was bball only then, and turned it down, a mistake that sent them down to the second echelon of eastern basketball where they have remained ever since.
