It is with great sadness I announce the passing of Pete Carmichael, Sr. who died peacefully in his sleep this week. Pete was an outstanding football coach and mentor to many student-athletes at Boston College from 1981-1990 under Head Coach Jack Bicknell and 1991-1993 under Head Coach Tom Coughlin. The Boston College football community sends it thoughts and prayers to the Carmichael family.
