.......it is human nature; we all want to see BC succeed athletically; there are oldsters like myself who have witnessed 57 years of ups and downs and still hold out a shred of hope for improvement (Lucy and the football syndrome); young fans who have seen success and then disappointment; younger fans who have seen only mediocrity and bad teams. I know I have been an outspoken critic of the program and have drawn the ire of some. When there seems to be little hope for salvation, people tend to turn on each other. Let's hope that there are some encouraging changes that will be announced soon. If not, then we just have to realize (as I am just starting to) that (yuck) "we are what we are." Peace out, all!
