Does Trump know that they have not fulfilled their obligations or is he just speaking off the cuff, which is probably the case. Is this how our government would be unpredictable? No wonder Putin likes Trump. Did a little checking and Trump businesses have filed for bankruptcy 4 times, more than any other major business (> 1b) in recent decades. Also, there have been 3,500 law suits that have been filed where Trump is either the defendant or the plaintiff, with about a 50/50 split, according to Fortune magazine. Times that HC has filed for bankruptcy - zero. Number of civil lawsuits filed against HC - zero.
