Just heard on WEEI that a breaking ABC News report contends that Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte and his buddies fabricated the armed robbery story. A tape has surfaced showing one of the swimmers involved in a altercation with a security guard around 4 AM. Maybe they used the robbery story to cover that up. Dumb asses.
