Finally got in touch with OT Lucas Niang, who did visit BC yesterday and was offered. The staff played it a little coy but they did offer after throwing some light misdirection at him. He said BC stacked up pretty well with places he's seen but said it's "medium interest" for now until he visits more schools. He said BC, Penn State and UConn, as well as some others, are among those that have recruited him the hardest. He hasn't spent much time in the Boston area and this was just his second time to the Heights. I didn't get the impression any one school was way out in front of others.
