I'm sure a lot of this has already been said but b*tching and moaning is useless so how about going with this in offseason....
1. Fire Fitch (they aren't going to Fire Addazio at this point - its just not going to happen)
2. Open up the purses Father Leahy and hire a quality offensive coordinator - like a Steve Logan-type from the Jags' years (hey, they did it to some extent for hoops with Heath and Spinelli).
3. Give this new coordinator complete control over play-calling, clock-management and offensive personnel. Stay away Addazio even if it means getting a pro-style QB (they could start by getting a 5th year transfer to bridge the gap and start recruiting the position hard for 2017)
4. Addazio should be only in charge of recruiting, motivating, pr (selling the brand) ....
5. Obviously, keep the D as is (who is not excited to watch players like Milano, Strahan, Landry, Ray, Johnson, Moore and Yiadom, etc next year?)
5. Keep the Special Teams as is but have Knoll do kickoffs and Lichtenberg soley focus on FGs/PATs
6. Don't sweat it if players like Outlow and Alston transfer ...
7. Throw to the TEs (Sweeney, Burt and Harrington) next season ...
