All three official visitors that we mentioned or hinted at made it up to the Heights this weekend: Appalachian State commit Jeremy Level, Rutgers commit Damon Hayes and Eastern Illinois grad transfer Jimmy Lowery (6'4, 290).

I've spoken with sources and here's the read I've been given on each.

Level: Drove up to Boston College with his parents, although it was an official visit. "Seems like he was very impressed," one source told me. His host was Lukas Denis and the two of them seemed to get along very well. "Overall he had a very good time," I was told, although sources are not 100-percent sure whether he is leaning towards a flip. Right now he seems up in the air and will officially visit Illinois this coming weekend. Most likely scenario is either BC or Illinois. He's close to 6-foot-1 and 195 pounds. Believe he would be a take.

Hayes: I'm told he's very tough to get a read on because he doesn't open up readily and has kept folks guessing. However, BC people are optimistic that they will land him at the end of the day. With their new DB's coach as having been at Rutgers he actually has more of a connection to the Eagles than the Knights as far as the coaching staffs right now go. That's the hope, and although he's supposed to be visiting Rutgers this weekend the people I've spoken with ultimately believe they have the better chance of landing him.

Lowery: The business grad program is very important to him. "Seemed like he was pretty impressed," and he went to go learn more about that program. He also spent time checking out the graduate housing. Went pretty in-depth and that sounded as though he might be inching closer to BC.
