BC's most recent football offer appears to be to Kobe McCloud, a Class of 2022 linebacker from Tampa (Fla.) Gaither. It's obviously not a pressing story because he's only a high school sophomore but this is the time when you need to offer these guys you think are going to blow up with more regional offers.

McCloud's brother, Jordan, plays quarterback for South Florida. But he has impressive bloodlines beyond that. He's also brothers with Buffalo Bills receiver Ray Ray McCloud.

McCloud's first offer was from Southern Miss back in January so there has been a bit of a lull recruiting-wise since then, but that's not too surprising because a prospect's junior year is the most important in recruiting terms.

He's not the biggest guy, listed on Rivals at 6-feet, 208, and projects as an outside 'backer.

BC assistant coach Brian White is his area recruiter and thus the coach who extended the offer.

A disproportionate number of very early offers from every school will be to players in the biggest football factory states because those are the recruiting shark tanks that are most competitive in the race for talent.
