first, everyone has to get off the idea Daz needs to be fired. He has proven to everyone that he can recruit and he is the one that put this coaching staff in place, including brown and his assistances. Also, Daz has made BC competitive, just look at last year. We were a field goal Kicker away from tying Clemson, and others, including duke and wake this year.
1) Daz has lost his starting QB, power RB, our best option TE, that is a lot
2) our OL is bad, missing assignments on way too many plays and this is something that should be ironing itself out by now, and Daz is known as an oline coach
3) coaching, I have to agree, he needs to start thinking of taking notes on what he would do in a situation
4) I just don't think it's as easy as everyone thinks, this team does not have the experience that others have. We have the athletes (finally), but these kids do not have the experience
I want to see how the year goes and I don't agree with a lot that the DEF is going to start splitting from the OFF, I think This is going to fuel the OFF
Between flute and smith, neither are close to starting, but this is what we have. Smith (don't know why) has no touch in his ball, and flutie just looks overwhelmed.
