Call Comcast NOW and tell them that you are CANCELLING and going to Verizon, Dirctv, Dish, Hulu etc
NOW is the time they are listening.
I have called about 10 times in the last couple weeks and threatened to switch.
3 times I was asked if I would take a Survey and 3 times I gave COMCAST a 0 on satisfaction
3 times I received a call back from a higher level person asking WHY and I told her and that I will switch next week, and I told her and today she said she was taking my thoughts to "Corporate".
I spent 15 minutes telling her about the ACCN the Universities involved etc and that we consumers are just realizing that COMCAST is not providing the ACCN and many of us will switch.
I also said I would PAY for the ACCN, maybe $10.00 and she noted that and yes I would pay.
CALL NOW we can make it happen!
