Herman will earn a base salary of $2.8 million and Herman will receive a $5 million bonus if, at any time while he's head coach, UH becomes a member of a conference with annual television revenue of more than $20 million per member, according to a source familiar with the details of the contract who was not authorized to speak publicly.
