Mackay Lowrie Former BC QB transfers from URI

Heard that he transfer to JC in Missouri or Miss. Not Sure.
But he was on the roster last week vs Cuse . Didn't play not sure if he traveled.
He is no longer on the roster.
He started last year but got hurt, but lost the job to transfer and wasn't the back up either.
