Ibn Foster, the defensive tackle from Montvale (N.J.) St. Joseph's, was blown away at BC. If they offer they'll have a really good shot.
I think BC has a really good shot to land Isaiah Wright out of Connecticut. He explained a gradual "coming around" process with BC. The school is slowly but surely starting to really grow on him and he told me after this weekend's visit that he can see himself there. He will decide maybe late next month, too.
Kolton Huber did visit (for the second time) and told me he thoroughly enjoyed himself. Seemed very genuine. If they offer they'll have a good shot. He thinks they're going to open up the offense more and Coach White has made a strong impression early in his time at the Heights. His older brother played with Charlie Callinan at St. Peter's and Huber was able to connect with Callinan himself at the practice.
Other Notes
Two weekends ago linebacker Blake Gallagher (2017) visited Boston College and had a really good talk with Steve Addazio. His interest in BC remains high. He's not only close with Connor Strachan, but he knows Hendren and Bletzer well, too.
Michigan is starting to show interest in Gallagher and he will camp there. He will also camp at USC. He visited USC while he was at a passing tournament on the west coast recently.
Many of you have asked about Brooklyn, N.Y., 2017 offensive tackle Isaiah Wilson. He's already Rivals100. BC and Rutgers are the only two schools he has visited out of his offers (Alabama and Miami are among the others). He was at BC's camp last summer and Addazio made it a point to speak with him then. They impressed him. He did admit that he was speechless for ten minutes when Alabama offered and he grew up liking Georgia, so there's that.
Another 2017 prospect with an offer, C.J. Holmes, recently picked up his second offer -- from UConn. He does like BC but is really taking his time and intent on waiting things out.
