1st off, such an great kid with a great head on his shoulders. Really religious too.

I asked how frustrating it was to play for the Best D in the country and only have a 3-9 record:

"It was obviously really frustrating. All the right pieces came together on Defense and there were a lot of times it wasn't enough to get it done. Despite that, I love this team and learned a lot this season. You know, There were times were the defense could've came through and put us in a better situation to win and we didnt. I don't put the blame on anyone. It may sound dumb but although we were 3-9 we weren’t as bad as the record shows.
There were 4 or 5 loses under 5 points. As much as Id like to bolster up how great we were on Defense there were still a lot of things we could of done better. With that said, it was special to be part of that group and a huge accomplishment to be ranked the Top defense. Coach Brown was an awesome guy and will be missed!"
