Here's the deal.
He just told me his BC commitment is a "6 or 7" out of 10 (1-10 scale, 10= strongest). Interestingly, the biggest draw for him at BC is playing time. He's under the impression that he can play early in the ACC and if he goes to the SEC then he would be redshirted. Call it a stereotype, the product of SEC bias in Georgia, whatever ...
UNC and Tennessee are the two biggest threats. UNC visited his school today and he said they're still an option because he talks to them every day.
Tennessee -- he's "definitely" going to visit them soon and can't wait to do that because he's never visited an SEC school. I asked him whether he sees himself more in the private school, elite education, New England environment of BC, or whether he's drawn to the Tennessee deal with Neyland Stadium, etc., and he said he doesn't know because he's never really visited an SEC school. His one problem is the perception that he won't be able to play early in the SEC.
