I didn't hear about this and only found out about it when I spoke with him last night, but Jake Curhan visited BC not long ago. He's a three-star offensive tackle and a top 50 player at his position nationally, from California. He was extremely high on BC and at the end of my interview with him he told me that BC was absolutely one of his favorite schools that he's been to. Originally they hadn't shown much interest and it was kind of a matter of him seeking BC out himself, because he wants attention from the most elite academic institutions that have Power Five football programs.
Cal, Washington State and a couple of mid-majors have offered, so it's not outside the realm of possibility that he could be an offer guy. Cal and Wazzu are finesse spread teams, but this guy's 6-foot-7, 315 pounds, so it's not like he's really all that lean.
